Ms. Lois M. Arnold

The Founder and Proprietor of the Philadelphia ChemoCap Store Inc is passionate about bringing "beauty where there are ashes" into the lives of people who have been wounded  whether through illness, broken hearts, or simply life's circumstances.  She understands the emotional and inner turmoil that can come to an individual as changes in their outward appearance (such as hair loss) begin to reflect in their emotions. 

With her cheerful optimism and calming demeanor, Ms. Arnold is uniquely blessed with many gifts to bring sunshine into the dark moments of your life.  She is a firm believer in the power of prayer.

With over 30 years of cosmetology experience, including founding and growing the prominent ITNO-J University City Salon & Spa in Philadelphia, PA, Ms. Arnold  brings a wealth of expertise in the field of hair care.  As an award-winning stylist and educator in the field of cosmetology, Ms. Arnold has garnered many accomplishments, awards and certificates from such notables as: Apex School of Beauty Culture, South Philadelphia Beauty Academy, Farouk Color System, Dudley University, NY Hair Wars, Johnson & Johnson and LA Styles just to name a few.  She and her well-trained staff are uniquely qualified to address the needs of her clients with hair concerns due to chemotherapy, alopecia, and balding or thinning hair due to illnesses such as hypertension, etc.
